Questions
How does per-user billing work?
On the Team plan you pay $8 per active user per month. Deactivate someone and they stop counting — you only ever pay for people actually using TurtleTask. Only admins add people, so the seat count changes only when you change it.
What happens when I outgrow the free plan?
Nothing breaks. The free plan includes 3 people, 250 tasks, and 250 MB of attachment storage; archived tasks still count, deleting one frees its place. Small teams can run on it indefinitely. When you need more room or single sign-on, upgrade to Team from your organisation settings and keep everything you already have.
What does Enterprise add?
A TurtleTask that is yours alone. Either a dedicated instance we run for your organisation, or the same single-container app deployed on your own infrastructure — Postgres or SQLite, your single sign-on, your logo and colours. We help you set it up and move your data in, you get a direct line to us, and billing is one annual invoice per organisation rather than per seat. Email us and we’ll put together a quote.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts for larger teams?
Yes — annual invoicing is standard on Enterprise, and we’re happy to talk volume pricing for larger Team plans. Get in touch.
